Q: Is this website free?
A: Yes, taskerino.com is free

Q: How do I earn money with taskerino?
A: The biggest opportunity you will have to earn money with taskerino is through Surveys, Offers, and Tasks.
First, login and click in menu to "Earn -> Offerwalls". There you can see our partners with different tasks you can do.
One of the best features of taskerino is that you do not need to purchase anything in order to earn money. We have multiple ways for you to make money.
And lastly, promote your affiliate URL. The more members you have under you the more commissions you will make. You earn commissions from the offers, tasks, and surveys that are completed by your referrals. You can see your affiliate link in your dashboard.

Q: How much money can I make?
A: It is difficult to determine how much money you can make with taskerino. There are too many variables in determining this. For example how often you log in, how many referrals you have, how many offers, tasks or surveys you and your referrals complete and more. We are adding more features in future.

Q: How many accounts can I have?
A: taskerino.com allows 1 account per household. Please click here to read our account rules.

Q: I did not receive my credits on the Offerwalls
A: Please contact the provider of the Offerwall directly. You should also find a corresponding support page in the respective offerwall.

TASKS / SURVEYS

Q: Why are there no tasks/surveys available?
A: The amount of tasks/surveys, their value and whether or not they are available to you is all dependent on the partner's offerwall.

Please know that we do not have access to their system to be able to offer you a resolution to whether or not you are receiving tasks from them.  You can reach out to them directly from the offerwall page.

We were advised by offerwall partners to have you keep checking the task page each time you log in as new tasks come in all the time. However, within a month, several days with very few tasks available, or none at all, are to be expected, so keep checking back.

Q: What if a survey encountered a technical error?
A: We strive to ensure the best survey-taking experience for our members, however, there is always a chance that a technical error may occur. If your survey encounters an error, create a new ticket with following information:
1. Offerwall (e.g. Wannads)
2. Survey Provider
3. Survey ID
4. Survey Credit Amount
5. URL of the survey
6. Screenshot of completion

We will contact offerwall partner and we will get back to you shortly when we have more information.
Of course you can also contact the support of the respective offerwall yourself. The support page should be found in the respective offerwall.

Q: Why did the survey disqualify me before I finished?

A: It is very frustrating to invest time and effort into a survey then get opted out mid-process or especially at the end of an interview. Please understand that each survey serves a specific purpose for each research company that we work with. For example, if the answers you provide are not consistent with the type of person they are looking to survey, the data will be excluded from the final results as a result, the survey will end. 

These sudden exits are not always based on your demographic information and can be based on a set of responses you provided during the survey. For example, some surveys might ask you the same question twice to make sure that you are paying attention. Conflicting answers will result in disqualification. The best way to make sure this does not happen is to pay close to the surveys you are completing and being as honest as possible.

Q: In what cases will I NOT receive compensation for doing surveys?
A: You will not receive your cashback and your member account may be closed if you engage in any of the following activities:

  • Register by providing false or misleading information.
  • Provide false or misleading information in our surveys or profiles in an attempt to qualify.
  • Demonstrate inattentive behavior such as speeding through a survey or entering information that is ineligible.
  • Create multiple accounts.
  • Complete a survey more than one time.
  • Forward your invitation to someone else, unless directed to do so.
  • Complete a survey well under the average length of the interview as recorded in our system.
  • Post our survey links on the Internet or advise others on how to qualify.
  • Register if you are under the age of 13 years old in the United States, or under the age of 16 in any other country. Note: age restrictions vary by country.

BALANCES

Q: What are balances?
A: There are 4 different balances at the moment: Main Balance, Purchase, Traffic, Credits

Main Balance is where all your profits are credited by default. Main Balance is the only balance from which you can withdraw money.

Purchase Balance, also referred to as Repurchase, is used for all purchases by default. When you transfer money to taskerino using payment processors, the money will be credited to your Purchase Balance. 

Traffic Balance This balance is used to purchase Traffic Exchange advertisements. When you surf Traffic Exchange ads, you will credited to your Traffic Balance.

Credits are our own taskerino currency. For example: 1,000 credits are $1

PAYMENTS

Q: How do I deposit money?
A: If you want to advertise for your website, blog or something else you have to deposit money into your wallet. 
Go to your dashboard and click on the "deposit" button. Minimum deposit amount is $5.00. Deposit fee is currently: 0.00%

Q: How do I withdraw?
A: Once you have reached $10.00 you may request your earnings to be paid to your PayPal/Skrill/Bank Transfers account by clicking here

Payments are sent once a month to our publishers on a net-30 base. Payments can be done via either paypal or Skrill. The minimum payout threshold is $10 for Paypal and Skrill, and $100 for bank transfers (with a 1.50% fee)

Note: The maximum amount to be paid via Paypal is $1000. For amount over $1000, we can only pay to your bank account.
